The tasks of the employee will include:

supervising medicine packing processes,

verifying and supervising the production schedule,

assigning tasks to subordinate employees and supervising completion of the tasks,

controlling the quality of the manufactured products,

controlling and improving performance indicators,

optimising the existing packing processes,

drawing up documents at the level of his/her duties,

cooperating with the other departments of the company.


higher technical education in pharmacy or similar; secondary technical education acceptable,

ability to manage a team, maintain proper discipline and control working time,

knowledge of the basic assumptions of the GMP and the Pharmaceutical Law,

knowledge of MS Office,

preferred experience as a master, foreman or shift leader,

willingness to work in a three-shift system,

preferred knowledge of the English language and the SAP system,

ability to manage a team and good communication skills,

ability to take decisions,

good organisation of work.
